Biological clock definition  and Age

Body clock changes according to the age pattern as discussed below:

According to the natural rhythm, a body needs sleeping twice a day. One is during the night and another during the afternoon at 1 PM. During 1 PM all, we need a short duration of sleep which is a must for the body this is why, in some countries, a fixed duration of time is given to the employees to take this short sleep. This short sleep or napping gives freshness to the body.

In the age group of below 10 sleeping twice a day is indicated by the body clock. After the age of 20 again the sleeping pattern changes and people start to wake up early. After the age of 55 again the sleeping pattern changes and becomes the same as you have at the age of 10.
