Grind fennel seeds, make powder and consume ½ teaspoon powder with one teaspoon honey to make your memory strong.
Lapses in memory prevented by Pistachios (Hindi: Pista) and Sesame(Til)
Make a sweet with pistachios, sesame, and sugar. Consume the sweet with cow milk to cure weak memory.
Lapses in memory prevented by Gooseberry (Hindi: Amla)
Gooseberry is good to improve memory. Preserve gooseberry with sweet (It is known as Amla Murabba). Consume one sweet gooseberry in the morning, empty stomach to cure weak memory. You can consume gooseberry with one glass of cow milk also. Cow milk is good to cure memory.

Wheat plant juice is good to cure weak memory. Grow wheat in 7 clay pots. One day in one clay pot only and the second day in the second clay pot and so on. On the seventh day collect the wheat plant of the first clay pot, grind the plants, mix water in the paste and consume it. On the seventh day again plant the wheat grain again in this empty clay pot.
