21 ways to get Sleep Problem Solution through Vedas

Sleep Problem – A sound sleep and a good laugh are the best cures of so many life problems.

Every person must rise early in the morning during the Brahma Muhūrt according to the Devi Bhagwat Puran to be long life and healthy.

 

Brahma Muhūrt

This is must for every person to rise, to take bath and to do worship during the Brahma muhūrt according to Hinduism and Sanatana Dharma.

The time of Brahma muhūrt is from 4 AM to before sun rise.

What is Brahma muhūrt?

All you know that at one time you breath from one nostril only. When you breadth from right nostril, it is called sun nerve (“Surya Nadi”) breathing and when you breadth from left nostril, it is called moon nerve (“Chandra Nadi”) breathing.

Rarely a person takes breathing from both the nostrils. When a person takes breathing from both the nostrils, it is called Shiva nerve breathing or Sushumna nerve breathing.

Sushmana nerve is so powerful that it allows a person a deep meditation. During this period a person can higher his or her consciousness up to the super natural powers.

This time is so powerful that all the blessings, curses, prayers which are performed at this time becomes true and give results hundred percent.

During the Brahma muhūrt Sushumna nerve flows for 4 minutes. So, if you have practice of worshiping during the Brahma muhurt, you will have higher chances of enjoying the deep meditation.

Sushumna nerve flows during afternoon from 11:45 to 12:15. It also flows during the evening and in the mid night.

During the flow of Sushumna nerve some of the tasks are avoided such as traveling, starting new work, etc.

The tasks which are prescribed for this time are meditation, worshiping and praying.

Sushumna nerve may flows during the following times also-

  • When a person is in anger state
  • When a person is extremely happy

This is why, curses and boons are so powerful given by Rishies, Priests, saints, divine personalities and devotees during their anger and their pleasing state.

According to Padampurana following points are important for a sound sleep-

  1. Never sleep in a completely dark room
  2. Avoid sleeping near the fire. Also don’t sleep near the  warm ashes of Yagya.
  3. Never sleep where wastes are burnt because these places attract negative energies which harm human being.
  4. Avoid sleeping below the raw ceilings which are made up of woods and stones
  5. Don’t sleep below the trees
  6. Always sleep after washing your, mouth, hands and feet
  7. Never sleep in brand new clothes. This is also harmful for the health according to ancient Puranas
  8. Always sleep on a good bed. Never sleep on a broken bed
  9. Never sleep without clothes or necked according to Gautam Dharma Sutra
  10. Never crossover a sleeping person whether the person is small or grown up
  11. Avoid sleeping during the day time, but during the month of June you can sleep for 48 minutes to get rest
  12. Keep a jug of water towards your left side head
  13. Practice to sleep after two or three hours of sunset.
  14. Turn your left side before sleeping in order to allow breathing to your right nostril. It is good for digestion and health
  15. Never keep your legs towards the south direction it is highly injurious for your health. It disturbs blood circulation of your body and makes you unhealthy.
 

Sleep is directly associated to planets, sun and moon. If sun and moon are not at good places in your horoscope, you will not be happy in life due to sleeping disorders.
