Night jasmine tea in the morning

Night jasmine is a wonder cure of high uric acid. Take 10 to 12 night jasmine leaves wash them and boil them in a steal or mud pot. But never use silver pots at home. Dip them in a two glass of water when it becomes one glass, consume it daily empty stomach in the morning to get best result.

After 4 to 5 days you will find some relief in the stiffness of your joints. You can have this tea for 3 months and then give a break of one to two months and then you can have it again. It has no side effect.

How to make night jasmine tea?

 

Gokharu Kada in the night

To control high uric acid you can have gokhru tea or gokharu ka kada. Purchase dried gokhru from market of good company. You can have of Patanjali gokharu powder and make its kada at home.

How to make Gokhru Tea?

 Purchase good quality of Gokhru powder from the market and boil one teaspoon Gokhru powder in two cup of water on low flame when it becomes half, filter it and let it cool. Consume it before going to bed.

You can consume it in the morning too, but to get its best results, consume it in the night.

Green tea instead of milk tea

Madaar leaves
